The Polytechnic School Degree Programs

At the Polytechnic School, we are making a new higher education experience. One that focuses on learning through making things and solving real-world challenges through collaboration. We believe how you learn and teach is as important as what you learn and teach.

Located in the dynamic, growing Gateway region on the southeast edge of the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area, ASU’s Polytechnic campus is 600-acre campus is built in a beautiful desert arboretum and is home to more than 4,500 undergraduate and graduate students.

The academic facilities are among the best that ASU has to offer and were designed specifically to support the learning and discovery environment. The college is home to one of the most innovative engineering programs in the country and some of the most advanced learning laboratories available to students on any university campus.

The Polytechnic School in the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering is organized into seven academic programs:
  • Aviation Programs
  • Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering
  • Environmental and Resource Management
  • Graphic Information Technology
  • Human Systems Engineering
  • Information Technology
  • Technological Entrepreneurship and Management

The programs thrive under the guidance of more than 100 outstanding faculty members with deep expertise in many of the most important technological challenges that society faces. Many members of the faculty bring considerable industrial experience to bear on their teaching and research.

The Polytechnic School is the newest school of the Fulton Schools of Engineering and is comprised of programs formerly part of the College of Technology and Innovation.
