Changing the Game

The Fulton Schools Startup Center empowers all Fulton Schools undergraduate and graduate students to advance their entrepreneurial ideas for the benefit of our economy and society. As demonstrated by Ira A. Fulton, we are convinced that Fulton Engineering students, by their nature as builders and innovators, have enormous potential to become game-changing entrepreneurs. The Startup Center offers signature entrepreneurship and innovation courses, workshops, expert mentoring, new venture competitions, and other curricular and extra-curricular events that expose students to the concepts of technology innovation and marketplace impact.

The Startup Center is aligned with the National Center for Engineering Pathways to Innovation, which is supported by the National Science Foundation and co-managed by Venturewell. Collectively, our goal is to enhance the synergy between technology-based innovation and entrepreneurship for all Fulton Schools students. At Arizona State University, the Startup Center, in partnership with the Office of the Vice President for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, aims to be an exemplar in engineering and technical startup support and education. Situated within the Fulton Student Engagement Office, the Startup Center invites all 17,000+ Fulton students to explore their startup ideas, tackle grand challenges and change the world through entrepreneurship and innovation.
