Develop a departmental and school-wide reward and recognition process to be implemented July 2008.

Mission

To promote respect, communication, excellence, innovation and teamwork through a year-long program of recognition and appreciation of staff meeting the mission and goals of the Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering.

Goals of Recognition Program

• Provide ideas for rewarding staff to Departments
• Develop buy-in from Chairs and Managers on the importance of a reward program to improve staff morale
• Promote Peer–to–Peer recognition
