PAL Application

The Peer Excellence Program (PEP) is a resource network to assist new School of Engineering Classified Staff and Service Professional employees during the first 90 days of employment to support their transition process.  PEP is looking for volunteers that have been employed in the Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering for at least two years, have their supervisor’s approval and support, and are able to make a one to two year commitment to the program to be Peer Pals.

As a Peer Pal you will receive the opportunity to pass on your successes, network with other, and practice your interpersonal skills.  You will receive recognition from the Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering and your service will be included in your annual review.

Please note that this is an initial application for the PEER Pal Program.  We are pleased to review all applications and pair up the best applicants with the best new employees.  Please also be aware that your participation in the program is determined by both you and the Getting Started Team.
