Mission

ESSP Goals
- Training and development for each staff position will be defined with guidance from the staff committee and the engineering school leadership. Customer service and communications skills courses will be required for all staff dealing directly with faculty and students.
- Training and development opportunities will be provided based on the employee’s need to perform the current job and the employee’s planned development requirements.
- A department-level and school-wide reward and recognition process will be developed.
- An on-boarding process for new Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering staff will be established.
- A faculty feedback process regarding staff performance within the engineering school will be added to staff evaluations.
- A career growth map for engineering staff will be created.
